EZ E-mail Form
From this page, you can send an e-mail
message to
CCS personnel from anywhere at anytime.
Instructions are posted below the message
box.
Just select the recipient in
the "To:" box and fill in the information you want to send.
All in boxes are optional except the "To:" box.
E-mails are not retractable
once you click "Send".
Nothing is sent until you do
click send.
Click "Reset" to clear the form.
It is not necessary to setup
your own personal e-mail account information on your local
computer to send e-mail from this form.
All the processing is handled
on the web server itself.
Sending a message from this
form does not guarantee receipt by the addressee.
