its capabilities to serve new markets and develop improved

Memphis Fleet Line Up |
Our Beginning
CCS was originally Southern Container
Services. In August of 1989, CCS was primarily serving the
Mobile, Alabama market area and the Port of Mobile.
After a year, CCS successfully applied for and was awarded its ICC authority. During this time, CCS was successfully
serving five major international maritime carriers and was
being asked to expand to additional market areas.

Mobile Port Facilities |
In the period leading up to
June, 1997, CCS expanded operations to New Orleans, Louisiana serving existing customer
needs at the Port of New Orleans and increased its customer
base with new market opportunities. During this period,
CCS experienced a 100% combined growth rate over the
next two
years.
In September of 1999, CCS
opened its new Memphis, Tennessee terminal. This market
opportunity grew from existing customer requests for expanded,
dependable and efficient inter-modal service and to meet new
customer requirements
in markets that were developing beyond maritime port
facilities.

Mobile Rail Activity |
Recent events include a $750,000 major yard
improvement and expansion at the CCS Memphis Terminal and a terminal yard
expansion at the CCS New Orleans facility. Both were completed in the
first half of 2005.
The CCS New Orleans Terminal
has fully recovered from the effects of Hurricane Katrina and
reestablished its full capability and capacity to satisfy all
customer requirements.
Thank you! Please
consider the complete range of CCS service capabilities.
CCS is positioned for continued customer satisfaction and a
reputation that leads to new markets and service
